We do not accept returns for change of mind including any products purchased during pre-orders. If you have issues with your order, please email us at info@icbaclub.com and we will try our best to help you with your options. 

We take great pride in creating premium, high-quality products and individually screen each product before shipping. We use lightweight and strong packaging to send our products. If your order was damaged in transit please email us at info@icbaclub.com

All products cannot be refunded if lost, damaged or stolen. 

Items sent back to us without first sending an enquiry will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once it has arrived and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Please email us at info@icbaclub.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as we will not accept incoming returns that have not been approved by the team.
