Processing and Handling Time

All Journals are dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and have a total estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Express delivery is also available if you want your journal quicker!

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched to the email you provided at checkout. If you haven't received an email, please contact us at info@icbaclub.com and we will be happy to investigate for you.

We ship our products worldwide, please let us know if you cannot find your country and we will get it sorted immediately.

We offer free shipping to anywhere in the UK!

We also provide customers with the choice of express shipping at a small cost. Prices of standard shipping for international deliveries and express shipping will be displayed at check out and is subject to change at any time.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, contact us at info@icbaclub.com. Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. We take no responsibility for delivery delays outside of our control and will take no action on these orders during this time.
